    At The Vintage Flame, we'll handle the details so you can relax and enjoy the experience. Whether your group is large or small, we'll work with you to create a memorable event that's just right for your crew.

    Not looking for a private party? No problem! We frequently welcome groups into the shop and can often create a cozy, semi-private atmosphere while remaining open to the public.

    Your group can create more than just candles—choose from custom-scented room sprays, wax melts, home fragrance products, and other creative Wax Lab experiences.

    Mobile Parties

    Bring The Vintage Flame to your next corporate event, team-building activity, employee appreciation event, client gathering, or celebration with our Mobile Wax Lab!

    We'll bring everything guests need to create their own custom coconut-apricot wax candle, including a selection of modern vessels, premium fragrance oils, and all candle-making supplies.

    Guests can choose from over 50 fragrance options selected by the host and personalize their candles with pre-printed quote labels. Custom label designs are also available.

    Candles are typically ready to take home about 60 minutes after pouring.

    • $30 per person/ 8 oz. candle
    • $100 non-refundable deposit (applied to your total)
    • Minimum of 10 participants or 10 candles
    • Service includes locations within 25 miles of Waynesboro, PA
    • Additional travel fee of $2 per mile beyond 25 miles

    Each kit includes everything needed to create a custom-scented candle at your own pace, along with easy-to-follow instructions. Simply pick up your kits from The Vintage Flame and enjoy a fun, hands-on candle-making experience wherever you choose.

    Kids Events

    Looking for a creative party activity that's a little different? Our Kid's Candle Experiences are perfect for birthday parties, Scout troops, sports teams, school groups, and more!

    Kids can choose from several age-appropriate projects, including sand wax candles, stacking wax chip candles, traditional candle pouring, and rolled beeswax candles. Depending on the project, participants can design labels, choose fragrances, and create a one-of-a-kind candle to take home.

    Many projects, including sand wax, stacking wax chips, and beeswax candles, can go home immediately, making them perfect for parties and group events.

  • Candle Refills

    Bring in any clean candle jar to be evaluated and refilled with a new fragrance.

    Refills are $1.50 per ounce and include wax, wick, and fragrance.

    First Wednesday Special:
    Refills are just $1.00 per ounce on the first Wednesday of every month.
